To better serve our customers, we have transitioned to a state-of-the-art self-service certificate delivery platform provided by iCerts.com and no longer process orders in-house. Please follow the instructions below to retrieve your Evidence of Insurance (EOI) certificate order:
Property Owners: If you received a letter from your lender requesting an annual renewal certificate for an existing property not involving a new loan, please forward a copy of that letter to CS@iCerts.com for instructions to place your order. This can be a scanned copy or a picture taken using your smart phone.
Lenders/Loan Processors or any other 3rd parties: To retrieve a certificate involving a new loan of any kind, please click here to get started and follow the instructions.
